Ontario Unniversity

Ontario  |  Canada

Autocoat has collaborated with one of the best qualify Canadian education institutions to study the influence of solution materials methods. Through comparison between Blade Coating films and Spin Coat films, it has been possible to analyze how organic properties and their impact on the life efficiency of organic light-emitting diodes, allowing the development of new products application with more cost-effective final film morphologies.

Unicamp - Chemistry Institute

Autocoat contributed to the technical adaptation of a standard Blade Coating equipment already existing at the university's Chemistry Institute. Our Blade Coating specialists fully adapted the equipment to Autocoat technology, integrating a hot plate, a vacuum plate and a nitrogen air knife system. Through the project, the efficiency of the equipment and the quality of results of solar cells in the Perovskite standard were improved.
